Love this for veggies!

I bought this at a show and loved it the first time I used it. Very easy to use. Wash the veggies, sprinkle seasonings over them and place in the microwave for a couple minutes. Let steam til desired tenderness (approx 3 minutes for me) and then serve. Fabulous every time. Easy to clean.

Also, this is great for making rice. Recommend to eveyone.

Works as advertised, but breaks easily

To date we have been through three Pampered Chef microwave cookers, one small and two large. All have had the lid fasteners crack and break, and finding a replacement hasn't been easy. This isn't a case of daily use over years either, I'd estimate 20-30 uses each over a year or less for each one. I like the product, it works great, but with such a short life of use, it's hard to recommend to anyone.

Functional but Not Very Sturdy

Micro cooker arrived in great shape and ahead of scheduled delivery date. However, the first time I used it, one of the plastic pieces that keeps the lid secure broke off. It's a great product, but mine was not very well built.
