5Love this rice cooker!
By SunShine
Like all rice cookers, you must adjust the water to the dryness/humidity of your weather. It took me about three tries to get the water perfect. I know that the price is on the higher side, but I tell you every penny was worth it. During hurricane Sandy, I stayed with my friend and found out about this rice cooker. At first I thought she was crazy for spending $800 on a rice cooker. The most I've ever spent was $400. Then when I tasted her rice that night, I was sold. Couldn't go back to my pressure cooker. It changes the quality of your rice and as I mentioned earlier you can adjust the water to change the moisture to your liking in your rice. After eating this rice, I noticed that any restuarant does not compare. To me, this is simply the best!!!

5Best Rice Cooker Ever...
By tuan ton
I was skeptical that this rice cooker could be any better than the conventional rice cooker. Was I ever wrong. We have cooked brown rice in our conventional rice cooker and it would alway turn out dry and has a nutty texture. This made it hard to swallow. The new Zojirushi NP-NVC18 cooked the brown rice flawlessly. The rice was fluffy and soft and easy to swallow. I know the price is steep but the quality of the machine and the quality of perfect rice that it produces was worth the investment. Isn't it true with everyone, that we don't mind paying a little more if the food is truly good?
